Greyhound of the Month - Joey
Joey is a very handsome Greyhound, being blue fawn and white. His markings even combine to form a white diamond on his back.
Recently the monthly magazine Urban Animal featured him in an article on adoption groups that specialise in purebred dogs. This photograph is one that was taken at the photoshoot.
Joey walks well on the lead, and eats very elegantly. You can meet Joey and other GAP Greyhounds looking for a home at some of the events listed at the bottom of the page.
GAP NSW is not a rescue group - we do not take Greyhounds from the pounds, RSPCA etc. However we will work with them where possible. We have a lengthy waiting list of dogs being held by their racing owners until we have space in one of our foster homes.
