Muzzling?

On 1^st July the NSW Government changed the regulations that refer to Greyhounds.

Any Greyhound registered as a pet on the Companion Animals Register no longer needs to wear a muzzle in public.

However, if the Greyhound is in a designated off-leash area, it must be muzzled. If the Greyhound has passed the Greenhounds assessment and is wearing its Greenhounds collar, it may remain unmuzzled in the off-leash area.

If your dog has a high prey drive, we recommend that you continue to muzzle it when out and about.
